Research abstract:

During the time I spent in Professor Goddard’s lab I had spent my time learning about primers and how to determine which primers are best for your PCR reactions. Also I had to use this information I got and put it into a Perl script (program). Because this information was too large to place on the web I was then told to place another script that calculates melting temperature of a sequence. This was easier to place on the web because it only had fifty lines compared to the other script which had over 3,000 lines. So what I did was put information made in the lab on the web.
